Days of Future Past

This post deals with extremely complex themes which are difficult to comprehend but which reveal much about the nature of our reality and indeed answers the age old questions of who we are and explains why we ended up here.

*Spoiler alert: If you haven’t watched the excellent Netflix series Dark, then go and watch it and then come back and read this post as I reveal some of the plot twists.

The series begins by quoting Albert Einstein’s famous quote:

“The only reason for time is so that everything doesn’t happen at once.” “Time and space are modes by which we think and not conditions in which we live.” “The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”

It then goes on to state that time is not linear, meaning that one event does not just simply follow on after another in a straight line. Rather it hints at time being circular, as time and space can bend back around to the beginning.

downloadEinstein himself never stated that time was circular. His theory of relativity did, however, predict that space and time are malleable. He stated: From my observation, in the presence of electro-magnetic matter/energy… time and space are able to warp or bend.

FullSizeRender10-e1488376737258In theory, spacetime could curve back into itself causing one to end up in the same point in space and time despite having travelled in what appears to be a straight line. An uncomfortable situation could occur.

Call me Calvin or CAL IVAN.

It is a bit like travelling around the world. Explorers discovered if you go far enough West you end up in the East. Similarly, I believe if you go far enough into the future you’ll end up in the past.

It is my own firm belief that time is circular which is why a clock face is round and the hands keep going round until they end up back to where they started.

This is the basic concept of the series Dark, however, it gets much more complicated than that as it progresses.

It is also my belief (and the series explores this further as well ) that both time and space exist as circles, and it is no coincidence that the Hebrew language uses the same words for both.

  עוֹלָם   olam
Hebrew words used for space are also used for time. The Hebrew word qedem means “east” but is also the same word for the “past.” The Hebrew word olam literally means “beyond the horizon.” When looking off in the far distance it is difficult to make out any details and what is beyond that horizon cannot be seen. This concept is the olam. The word olam is also used for time for the distant past or the distant future as a time that is difficult to know or perceive. This word is frequently translated as “eternity” meaning a continual span of time that never ends. In the Hebrew mind it is simply what is at or beyond the horizon, a very distant time. A common phrase in the Hebrew is “l’olam va’ed” and is usually translated as “forever and ever,” but in the Hebrew it means “to the distant horizon and again” meaning “a very distant time and even further.”

Strong’s: #5769

The Strong’s reference number ending in 69 is no coincidence as they are twin numbers and also relate to the crossing over… the meeting between the sun and the moon (two circles) which takes place during an eclipse.

As many in the flat earth movement are now discovering with the mudflood, the earth has been destroyed and reset many times over and over again.

You could divide this reset up into two circles; the circular destruction and re-creation of the earth (eras of earth) which represents Mother as in Mother Earth and the circular rise and fall of mankind (eras of man) which represents Father Time. It is possible for several eras of man (time) to exist within one era of the earth (woman) (space).

The history of mankind is the interlacing circles of generations of people who live and die and nations that rise and fall time and time again. The earth circles the sun as the moon circles the earth. Entire solar systems rise and fall through creation and destruction.

Most people don’t know for example that San Francisco (which reflects the Golden Gate in the heavens) was built upon the abandoned and buried ships left behind during the gold rush.

The boats were turned into buildings such as warehouses, bars and hotels. Numerous ships that haven’t been uncovered still remain under the city.

Under our feet lies evidence of layer upon layer of the rise and fall of countless civilisations. Sometimes these civilisations are destroyed by water and sometimes by fire.

This is mentioned in the first verse of the Bible: “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. “

GH Pember, a Cambridge professor during the nineteenth century discussed in his work Earth’s Earliest Ages that the world had been destroyed before and in his view a detailed study of the Hebrew of this verse confirms that a pre-Adamic world had went through some sort of cataclysmic event or an apocalypse or maybe it should be termed apoc a eclipse. He states:

“We see, then, that God created the heavens and the earth perfect and beautiful in their beginning, and that at some subsequent period, how remote we cannot tell, the earth had passed into a state of utter desolation, and was void of all life.

Not merely had its fruitful places become a wilderness, and all its cities been broken down; but the very light of its sun had been withdrawn; all the moisture of its atmosphere had sunk upon its surface; and the vast deep, to which God had set bounds that are never transgressed save when wrath has gone forth from Him, had burst those limits; so that the ruined planet, covered above its very mountain tops with the black flood of destruction, was rolling through space in a horror of great darkness.”

This language used in Genesis one was repeated in Jeremiah 4 v23 -26 of his vision of days of future past:

I looked at the earth [in my vision], and behold, it was [as at the time of creation] formless and void;
And to the heavens, and they had no light.

I looked at the mountains, and behold, they were trembling,
And all the hills moved back and forth.

I looked, and behold, there was no man,
And all the birds of the air had fled.

I looked, and behold, the fertile land was a wilderness,
And all its cities were destroyed (reduced to ashes)

So in danger of repeating myself (pun intended) it appears to me that the future is the past and time goes around and around in a never ending circle.

To elaborate on my point that time is always depicted as male, think of the term Old Father Time and how time is associated with the planet Saturn. The Roman’s shortly after their conquest of Greece, discovered the similarities between their god Saturn and the Greek Titan Cronus, eventually both became known as the god of time.

Saturn was especially celebrated during the festival of Saturnalia each December, perhaps the most famous of the Roman festivals, a time of feasting, role reversals, free speech, gift-giving and revelry.

The planet Saturn of course is also famous for it’s rings as in a wheel or a circle and more than likely the reason why time is studied by HIS Story ians….and finally explains that great unsolved mystery of why women are always late.😉

You can apply the same circular pattern or rise and fall to the seasons of the year.

Women on the other hand as previously mentioned are identified with the earth as in Mother Earth and Mother Nature and also with Space as demonstrated in the mythology behind the Milky Way.

The Milky Way was deified as a fertility cow-goddess by the name of Bat (later on she merged with the sky goddess Hathor) and is possibly why in space you need a Mother Ship to travel through it.

The next 911 V for Vampires

In returning to Dark, the show’s intro has much to tell…firstly it is a mirror image….or two timelines or parallel worlds mirroring each other.

The plot and the town of Winden (as in winding a clock) also revolves around a nuclear (atomic clock) power plant.

The first season begins in 2019, but later grows to include 1986 and 1953 via time travel, when members of the show’s central families become aware of a wormhole in the cave system beneath the local nuclear power plant.

The second season continues the inter twin ing families’ attempts to reunite with their missing loved ones, several months after the first-season finale, in 2020, 1987 and 1954, respectively.

Additional story-lines are set in 2053 and 1921. The second season introduces Sic Mundus Creatus Est, which means “thus, the world was created” who are a major faction in the ongoing battle for the ultimate fate of the people of Winden and the world. Their goal was to take control of time and end the time loop. Later we discover that they want to destroy the world completely.

The other faction is called Erit Lux meaning in Latin: “There will be light”. While Sic Mundus seeks to end the world, Erit Lux wishes to preserve the time loop they believe that they are in the light, while Sic Mundus is in the dark. Their symbol is the Staff of Hermes.

The two factions are led by a man and a woman the leader of Erit Lux, known as “Eva” the leader of Sic Mundus, known as “Adam.”

On a personal side note during all the complete craziness of last summer this was handed to me by a guy on the plane from Nashville to Toronto in August. A portent sign for what is to come and what has already happened.

In the series Adam and Eva, who it turns out are the older versions of Jonas and Martha kill each other in separate time periods although they were both in love at one point.

And that is the way it has been from the beginning same with the brothers Cain and Abel, Jacob and Esau, Romulus and Remus on and on in a never ending war through time.

Once they were joined together as one in an original world very different from the one now but during their fall they got split apart and separated as did all of nature, all of time and space, the planets and the universe which is why we have a great big rift running right through it.

The second season of Dark counts down towards the apocalypse when an atomic explosion occurs at the nuclear power plant.

The show when it goes back to 1986 (another atomic bomb Chernobyl reference) features the music of German 80’s pop star Nena.

The above song sometimes translated Anyplace Anywhere Anytime appears to be perfectly aligned to the plot of Dark strangely enough.

Nena’s most famous hit 99 Red Balloons was also about nuclear war and the end of days, or the apocalypse. A red balloon could also represent the sun or Mars the red planet and the god of war.

99 Red Balloons also refers to the twins the 69 symbolised by the twin towers in New York…which were also depicted by the Sp ice Girls in 1996 with their hit 2 become 1.

In the background the time stream is speeded up and flowing forward or is it flowing backwards.. along with shots of a bridge. Here Eve is talking to Adam trying to sort out their differences once and for all.

Candle light and soul forever
A dream of you and me together
Say you believe it, say you believe it

Free your mind of doubt and danger
Be for real don’t be a stranger
We can achieve it, we can achieve it

Come a little bit closer baby, get it on, get it on
‘Cause tonight is the night when two become one

This is where the video and the lyrics of both songs are very clever as just with the plot of Dark it is showing both the past and the future.

The pictures of the band in the video below are set in New York and also have the twin towers in the background.

In addition they also feature the bridge between the two twins (the sun and the moon, the light and the dark, the male and the female) or also the bridge (wormhole) between two worlds. The lyrics speak of the next 911 the future atomic attack on New York/Berlin which results in the city being reduced to dust.

The third season of Dark introduces the concept of the old adage that there is more than one of everything (twins) which is why we have a parallel earth and timeline introduced and why the intro features a mirror reflecting its opposite image.

This is all personal to me as usual as my birthday on 23rd September is also the autumn or Fall equinox the time when the day and night are of equal length and in perfect balance or 50/50.

and also why my date of birth is linked to both the Sun and the Moon and references a 69 as 2×3 = 6 and the 9 the ninth month.

The third and final season of Dark follows the four families across time in the wake of the apocalypse in 2020.

It introduces a parallel world tethered to the first. The tether is the bridge or the wormhole connecting the two.

The third season includes 1888, 1954, 1987, 2020 and 2053 in the first world, and 2019 and 2052 in the second world, as the factions further their own desires for each world.

This mirrors the plot of another popular sci fi series Fringe which also had two worlds and one in which the Twin Towers were still standing.

The final episode of Season 1 was actually entitled “There is more than One of Everything.” Notice the number counting down the floors when it gets between 16 and 15 it changes.

This references the moment the atomic attack took place on Hiroshima in Japan when the A bomb was dropped at 8.15 and time stopped and 8.16 when it detonated.

The above shows time stopping just as the bomb was dropped then eventually it was reversed. Run Rabbit Run was playing as that is taken from Alice Through the Looking Glass with the rabbit and Alice always being late for a very important date.

Her stop time watch says 9.06 as that refers to the twins 96 the two towers the male and female being on the verge of destruction again. We shall remember them at the going down of the sun (an eclipse) we shall remember the 96. You shall never walk alone Enola.

article-2204704-1511036F000005DC-507_634x532The farmer represents Time as Saturn was also known as the god of agriculture. His gun going off marks the clock tower bell chiming. Save the clock tower it is a gunpowder plot if you remember remember the big bang it is time for time to stop the family vendetta.

In the movie it is called Miss Peregrine’s time loop. She is played by Eva Green the same name as the leader of the Light in the series Dark who wants to keep the time loop going. Has your brain exploded yet. 🤯

Here Comes the Sun

8.15 according to the song Enola (Alone) Gay is the time it has always been referencing that we are stuck in a time loop always on the brink, always on the verge of destruction..the eleventh hour….just before 12 midnight ….or High Noon.

The kiss the Atomic Blonde gives is n eve r eve r going to fade away.

    911 Well come to Berlin

In Fringe Olivia Dunham who is blonde faces off against her brunette/red headed twin from the other parallel world.

This is depicted in the 2002 remake of Nena’s song Anyplace Anytime Anywhere which she performed with Kim Wilde who is also representing her sister…her twin… her blonde mirror reflection.

Wrap your fingers ’round my neck
You don’t speak my dialect
But our images reflect
Drawn together by the flame
We are just the same
Embrace the wind and fall into
Another time and space

If we belong to each other, we belong
Anyplace anywhere anytime

Bits and pieces from your storm
Rain upon me as they form
Melt into my skin and I feel warm
Sweep upon me like a wave
We are young and brave
Embrace the wind and float into
Another time and space

If we belong to each other, we belong
Anyplace anywhere anytime
I’m going to any world you’re coming from
Anyplace anywhere anytime

Berlin was the city or the bridge between the East and the West or between two worlds during the Cold war and it was divided up into sectors. One of the most famous crossings between the two worlds was at Checkpoint Charlie depicted in the movie Bridge of Spies.

The parallel world and doppelganger concept was also the plot of a tv series called Counterpart and it too strangely enough was set in Berlin and featured a flu pandemic.

In returning to Dark…the Erit Lux (Light) headquarters is located inside an opulent hall inside the Winden Caves of Eva’s World.

Lucas Cranach’s painting “Adam and Eve” hangs on the wall, and there is a mosaic of the intertwined, infinite family tree of both Adam and Eva’s Worlds on the floor. After the Apocalypse, the painting is burned and the floor is covered with sand.

download-1 Decisions were never Adam’s strong point.

Jonas and Martha are the two young/old lovers in the story and let us just say that true love does definitely not run smooth. Both of them die and are resurrected again. In one memorable scene Martha performs as the goddess Ariadnes in the school play.

Ariadnes in Greek Myth is associated with labyrinth’s and mazes and it is told she helps Theseus escape the labyrinth by using her glittering thread which she has weaved.

Some of the oral myths passed down by the Greeks also have a story of their own, that there were two Ariadnes, one of whom, they say, was married to Dionysos, and the other, of a later time, having been carried off by Theseus and then abandoned by him.

In the last episode of season three, Claudia reveals to Adam the reason he hasn’t been successful at stopping the time loops. “You want to destroy the Gordian knot, but every action you take continues its existence,” she tells him.

“Your world and Eva’s world, they both should have never had existed. You thought that the origin lies in the binding of both worlds but in reality is outside of both worlds. Our thinking is shaped by dualities — black, white, light and dark, left and right, east and west, your world and Eva’s world — but this is false an illusion. You need a third dimension to fulfill it all.”

Claudia goes on to reveal that there are actually three worlds — that in addition to Adam’s and Eva’s worlds, there is the origin world, the one in which they dwelt in the beginning together before the fall and the rift in time took place.

The good news is that they can go back there, back to the beginning before they fell and change the past and have a happy ending or..beginning.. well you know what I mean.

If you have managed to get this far and still know what i am rabbiting on about you deserve a pat on the back. 👏

The town of Winden although spelt with a W is pronounced with a V in German. The VW the Volks Wagon is also German and represents the male and female co-joined together. V for Venus and the W turned upside down into a M for Mars. I have lost count now how many appear in front of me as each day they appear to be breeding exponentially.

The VW Time Machine

Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus we are from two different worlds or planets and we definitely do not speak the same language. It is time to end the cold war and heal the rift between the east and the west.

We are polar opposites of each other however we are also two halves that make a one complete circle, a completely new circle and at the same time the oldest circle of them all. Thinking on it that is also maybe why we are so obsessed with crop circles and stone circles.

      1. So I woke up this morning to hear my cousin and good friend Geoffrey Lynn died yesterday 0n 2/10/2020.

Geoff was a keen Chelsea fan like myself and my best memory was meeting him at Wembley Stadium in London when Northern Ireland qualified for the World Cup in Mexico 86. He was wearing the biggest sombrero you have ever seen and he was always smiling, always happy.

As he shared his name with the lead singer of this band I thought it appropriate.

Carefree Geoffrey glad you caught that last train to the Bridge.

  1. TTN

Good article 🙂 Condolences again. Are you going to funeral ?

I’m following the policy of letting it play out.Even though its difficult to see at times there seems to be purpose in it.

About There’s More Than One Of Everything. We’ve talked about multi dimensionality for a long time. but what I’m seeing at the moment is freaky beyond freaky. Beyond freaky !

  2. Hi Frank My sister asked me the same question this morning not sure yet as I am waiting patiently for my eye to heal.. The strange thing about this post is i starting writing it in Jan 2020 while i was still on the other side in the other dimension and had forgot about it until I came across it on my birthday.
